This is an example of what Yasig can create for you out of a carefully manufactured HTML file. For collections of multiple files, the ID attribute would be less important and authoring thus somewhat easier. By the way, there are only four entries in the phrase exclusion list. Yasig distribution includes all files needed to create this index as an example to look at and play with.
